  • We do not accept any orders related to fraud, scams, money doublers, investments, BGMI, Amazon, carding, or any illegal activities. If we find any accounts involved in such fraudulent or illegal activities, we will block those accounts and report their IP address to Cyber Police for further investigation. Stay safe and avoid engaging in any unlawful activities.
  • SafeSmmPanel rates can be changed at any moment without any notice. The terms stay in impact in the fact of price changes.

Refund Policy

By completing a payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Disputes or Chargebacks:

  • Once you pay, you agree not to file any dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
  • If you file a fake dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to take legal action against you. Legal action may include but is not limited to, filing a case under applicable fraud or cybercrime laws. All related costs and damages will be claimed by you.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback after making a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and take back any followers or likes delivered to your or your client's Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

2. Refund Process:

  • If your order is not completed, your money will be refunded to the Safe SMM Panel Wallet.
  • To withdraw the amount in your Safe SMM Panel Wallet to your bank account, you will need to pay a 30% platform fee.
  • If you wish to use Safe SMM Panel Wallet money for mobile recharge, a 30% platform fee will apply.
  • If you use the Safe SMM Panel Wallet balance to pay for panel rent, a 30% platform fee will apply.
  • For referral-earned money withdrawals to your bank account, a 30% platform fee applies.

3. No Refunds for Certain Actions:

  • No refund will be issued if you enter the wrong link. Please ensure the order is placed carefully.
  • No refund if you delete the post or change your username after placing the order.
  • If the Flag Option is ON, there will be NO refill or refund.
  • If the Flag Option is turned OFF after the order is completed, no refill or refund will be provided.
  • No refund if you place one order from the Safe SMM Panel and another order from another panel for the same link. We do not encourage such actions. For example, if you tell us that followers on your profile were from another panel, we do not issue refunds. You can wait until the order is completed or canceled.

4. Refund Issues:

  • You may face difficulties in getting a refund if your order’s start count decreases. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.

Refill Policy »

For Refills, you agree to the following terms:

  • Refill System Works According To The "Start Count + Order Quantity = End Count" For Each Order Separately. For Example If Your Start Count Is 1000 And Your Order For 1000 Quantity Then You Will Get Refill If It Gets Below 2000. So When You Request A Refill For Many Orders We Will Take A Look On Each Order Separate Depending On His Numbers As We Described.
  • If the followers/views/likes/Subscriber of the order is above the start count and below the end count then the refill will be applicable.
  • No Refill If You Change Username Or Make Account Private You Will Not Get Refills.
  • If you remove follower yourself we can't refill.
  • Refill Is Only For Order I'D Not For Link. If Link Does Not Work Of That Order We Can Not Refill.
  • Refill Period Differ Along The Updates And Overload But Usually Its Done Within 24-72 Hours.
  • Refill Request Maybe Rejected If Drop Is Less Than 5% As Our System Only Count Drops Above 5% For Small Orders.
  • If You Have Ordered Followers And A Drop Happens, Please Click On Refill Button By Going To Orders Page Or Contact Us Via WhatsApp To Refill It And Do Not Order A New One Until The First One Got Fully Refilled Because The New Order Will Have The Current Start Count And You May Get Less Quantity.
  • If Your Account Has A Big Number Of Followers For Example: 100K And You Order 10K, Logically It Will Have A Drop From The Old Followers So We Can Not Refill In This Case So Make Sure To Order All Followers From Our Side So We Could Follow Up And Refill All Of Your Orders.
  • You Would Not Get Any Refills If You Order For A 1M Base With Less Than 200K Order. Atleast You Should Order More Than 20% Of Existing Count. If You Take 1M From One Panel Please Take From One Place Only.
  • If you order a refill service after placing a no refill service order on an ID, we will Mark it as "Old Drops". And it can't Refill.
  • Cheapest Services Refill Take Up To 1 Week.
  • If you want Fast Refill , Always Try to Order Non Drop Category Services.
  • Old Drop Followers We Can't Refill.
  • When Order Partially Refunded No Refill.
  • If the Flag Option is ON, there will be NO refill or refund.
  • If the Flag Option is turned OFF after the order is completed, no refill or refund will be provided.

Cancel Policy »

For Cancel, you agree to the following terms:

  • If You Request Cancel For Running Order. It Is Possible For Some Services But Not Possible For Cheapest Service & Fast Working Services.
  • Cancal Available On Only Auto Cancal Button Services. Other Sevices Cancal Are Not Allowed/or take long time.
  • Manual Cancellation May Take 24 to 72 hours
  • Once A Order Is Marked "Cancelled and Refunded" Means It Is Fully Refunded.

Partially Refunded »

  • Sometimes for some reason, we're unable to fully deliver the order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount, and set the status for the order as "Partially Refunded".
  • Example: You place an order with quantity 1000 and charge ₹100 INR. Let's say we delivered 700 and the remaining 300 we couldn't deliver. Then we'll set the order as “Partially Refunded” and refund you the amount for the remaining 300 to your balance. (For this example ₹30 INR).

Note: If you need the remaining to be delivered, you can just place a new order, since money for the remaining that isn't delivered is automatically refunded back to your account Wallet balance.
