📌 General Rules
- We Work On Start Count + Quantity = Final Quantity.
- Always Read Description Before Adding An Order.
- No Double Orders: Please do not place a second order on the same link before completion.
- Wrong Link? If you input wrong or non-working link or change username after placing order, it will not be refunded.
- Public Accounts: Counter must not be hidden & accounts must be Public. Instagram Private ID or Facebook Profile Lock links will not work.
- No Cancellation/Edit: We cannot cancel or edit any order after you put it on the system unless it has a problem.
- Private/Deleted: If you change account to private or post gets deleted after ordering, order will be marked completed (No Refund).
- No Abuse: Bad words in tickets or WhatsApp leads to permanent account suspension.
- Estimation: Description and Average Time are just estimations. Test with small orders first.
- When you make a new order, you Accept our rules.
♻️ Refill Policy
- Refill works according to "Start Count + Order Qty = End Count" for each order separately.
- Refill applies if current count is above Start Count and below End Count.
- No Refill: If you change username, make account private, or remove followers yourself.
- No Support after Partial: After Partial status, no refill, refund, or support is eligible.
- Refill usually takes 24-72 hours. Request may be rejected if drop is less than 5%.
- Big Accounts (100K+): Small orders (5K-10K) are not eligible for refill. Order at least 20% of existing count.
- Lifetime Refill: Means 365 days of refill support.
- Cheapest services refill may take up to 1 week. For fast refill, use Non Drop categories.
💰 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel Policy: Only possible via "Auto Cancel" button. Manual cancellation takes 24-72 hours.
Partially Refunded: If we deliver 700 out of 1000, the remaining 300's cost is automatically refunded back to your Wallet.
"Cancelled and Refunded" means it is fully refunded.
💡 Tips & Speed Up
- Speed Up: Possible for some services, but not for the cheapest ones.
- Always use Mobile Links and avoid Desktop links, Share links or usernames.
- Try to order in Multiples of 100 (Ex: 100, 200, 500, 1000).
- For maximum quality, always choose "Non Drop" category.
